My name is Donald Ross, but most folks just call me Ross. If someone calls me Donald I'm usually in trouble for something. I’ve lived a rough, interesting, and sometimes sideways kind of life. I’ve fought through injuries, mistakes, courtrooms, long-distance fatherhood, rebuilding, and learning how to become the kind of man my daughter could count on. A few years back, I realized something pretty simple: the version of me that got me into trouble was not the version of me that was going to get important things done. So I started doing the work. That work became Just Call Me Ross.
I’m building a practical project around speaking, fatherhood, self-improvement, reentry support, and straightforward help for people trying to get their feet back under them. I’m launching a GoFundMe to help build the first phase — website resources, speaking materials, outreach, and tools people can actually use. Donations will help with website development and resource pages, speaking materials and presentation development, travel to community groups, service clubs, and organizations, workshops, handouts, and practical support tools, and early outreach for fatherhood, reentry, and self-improvement programs.
I’m not asking people to fund my past. I’m asking for help building something useful from it. If this connects with you, I’d appreciate your support. And if you can’t donate, sharing it helps more than you know. Thank you.
