Hi, my name is Nikita Hansen-Jones, the producer of the upcoming short independent film, 'JUST ASK DAISY'.

Just Ask Daisy is a female-led, short retro-futuristic film exploring power, identity, and the female experience through the lens of Daisy - a secretary navigating the pressures of a busy 1970s Australian office.

Her determination to prove herself quickly unravels as the men around her undermine her efforts, leaving her doubting her worth while an unspoken truth about her nature quietly waits to surface.

Blending psychological tension with social critique, our film explores power, gender, identity, and moral complicity through a stylised retro-futuristic world.

We are looking to raise funds for our production to help produce our project. Your donations will go towards production elements such as our 70s retro-futuristic setting, catering for 20+ cast and crew members, and festival costs once our film is complete!
