Hi, my name is Jay and i’m a 19 year old trans man who’s saving to get top surgery!

Ive experienced gender dysphoria since i was young, especially with my chest, and have been binding for around 4 years as a result. As someone with a bigger chest, this doesn’t always work effectively, and binding unsafely at the start of my transition has meant i suffer with pain in my chest and ribs if i have it on for too long.

Top surgery has always been my main goal in terms of gender affirming care, but it’s expensive, and i’ve never had to opportunity to save for it until now.

i’m so so grateful for any support at all.
