Jun's Heart Transplant

This is Sofronio aka Jun. He is a loving husband and father of three. In 2017 one of his son's, Kyle, had been diagnosed with a heart condition after going to the hospital for pneumonia. Through the next three months it was an emotional rollercoaster with Kyle going in and out of hospitals until he went in and didn't come out. After Kyle passed, the whole family under went testing for heart conditions similar to that which took our loving son and brother away.

Jun was diagnosed with a heart condition not too long after the death of his son. However, it seemed that it was caught in time before his heart really started to degrade rapidly as Kyle's did. Now, three years later, Jun is in a desperate need of a new heart.

Three months ago he was admitted into the hospital and had gone through a number of tests to check the state of his heart. His heart had started to degrade and the left side of his heart is now only functioning at 15%. He is on a drip medication that forces his heart to function better and pump blood as normal, however the longer he is on these meds the worse his situation will be as his kidneys have begun to start failing.
