Juniper Peterson Liver Transplant

Hi, my name is Bruce Peterson. Our little Granddaughter Juniper, 16 months old, has run into some very unexpected and serious health issues. She needs a Liver Transplant, which thankfully a donor match has been found and the transplant is scheduled for Sunday the 24th of March.

We are so lucky to have found a match so quickly as she doesn’t have a more common blood type, so a miracle in itself. We are also so lucky to have so many friends who have reached out wanting to help in any way they can.

We were all a bit reticent to set this page up, but they are going to have an enormous amount of extra expenses with this transplant and if you are so inclined, please consider giving what is appropriate for you. She cannot receive flowers in her room etc, so this would be one avenue that would be very helpful. They are literally in the middle of their move to Las Vegas for Jordan’s new job. Alisha will need some housing here in San Antonio until at least the middle of June for follow up care and checkups.
