Junior Boxing Club in Green Bay needs help!

Junior Boxing Club opened in 2016, and it's run by father and son, both named Javier Becerra.

We currently have over 45 kids that come every day to train and learn the basics of boxing.

The club helps young kids with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder to burn energy and do sport. It also supports other kids to stay out of trouble and focus on learning and developing boxing skills.

At the moment, Junior Boxing Club is running low on resources, with little or no gear to provide the kids. Things like hand wraps, boxing gloves or head protectors.

There is also the need to create a fund to help kids go to tournaments. Some of these children who practice at Junior Boxing Club are from low-income families who barely have money to pay for the classes. Many of them don't even pay.

Traveling to tournaments paying for hotels and food costs a lot of money, many of the parents cannot cover these expenses.

Lastly, some repairs must be done in the gym, like fixing the heater or air conditioning, fix a water leak from the roof, and changing the carpeting.

We only ask for your help to keep this gym open and keep helping these kids stay healthy and out of trouble.

Anything you can donate is more than enough!

Thank you!
