Please help us, we are heartbroken and in shock. Our building burnt down in a tragic fire. We were awoken and evacuated from our second floor apartment in the middle of the night. On October 9, 2025, our lives were turned upside down when a devastating fire tore through our condo building on the 7000 block of Rockwell in West Rogers Park (Chicago).

The blaze claimed lives, destroyed homes, and left many families — including ours — with nothing but the clothes we ran out of the house with at 2 AM.

We lost nearly everything we owned in this tragedy — our home, our belongings, and most importantly, our sense of stability. While we are deeply grateful to be alive and safe, the road ahead feels overwhelming.
