This fundraiser is in honor of June L. Heckart, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend.

Our family is raising funds to contribute to June’s wish of having a tree planted in her honor. All contributions will be used to purchase a tree and engraved plaque in the Wadsworth/Kerste DeBoer Arboretum, steps away from her daughter's house in Middletown.

The century-old Arboretum is home to more than 200 trees, representing over 50 species, including every large oak species native to Connecticut.

We are grateful for the love and kindness our family has received during this time. Thank you for helping us create something lasting in memory of June.

With gratitude,

June's Family
