Strathcarron Hospice- June’s Wheeler’s

We are inspired by a fabulous and amazing lady called June Buchanan, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer 15 years ago.

June had the opportunity to access the services of Strathcarron Hospice.

However due to lack of funding &support not everyone can have access to the vital services they can offer. Strathcarron Hospice needs £16,500 a day to stay open with much of the funding coming from charity contributions

Our aim is to fund this amazing hospice for one day, we need your help and support

We are a group of five friends collectively know as June Wheelers.

We will be joining Chris Hoy on the 7th Sept for the cycle run called the Tour de 4 which supports and raises awareness of cancer & in particular stage 4 cancer

June’s Wheeler’s will be completing the blue run,which is just over 37miles long departing from the Chris Hoy stadium

This will be the longest cycle run we have completed to date. & we will know doubt struggle in our efforts, but we take our inspiration,& tenacity shown daily by June and others like her in the daily fight with cancer.
