Jumpstart Woman Owned Yoga Business:NamaSitter

I plan to launch in the spring of 2021 a private lesson in-home Yoga business by moms for moms! My lessons will be taught in the comfort of a woman’s home and my business not only customizes the private lesson to that woman’s body and goals, but I also include the services of a babysitter in my fee! Hence the name NamaSitter ❤️ As a mom myself who struggled with finding the time to prioritize myself while also figuring out childcare, I wanted to offer moms much needed peace of mind to focus on their health and wellness without worrying about childcare. But I need to purchase all the supplies, pay for photography, the design of my logo, attorney fees for a liability waiver, pretty much everything needed to start a business! I’m a strong believer of using meditation and movement to aid in personal healing and growth. I can’t wait to share my gifts with my community by guiding and empowering  women on their wellness and health journey.
