Hi, I’m Sanio, founder of DUSE Productions. I’m an independent theatre producer bringing Henrik Ibsen’s An Enemy of the People to New York City this January.

What I’m Raising Funds For

I’ve already funded our Equity Showcase (Jan 28 – Feb 8, 2026 at the American Theatre of Actors). Now I’m raising support to jump-start our Off-Broadway continuation in a larger theatre.

Here’s the plan:

We need enough funding to cover the first week of Off-Broadway performances — including paying our actors and crew, plus theatre rental and production expenses.

Once that first week is covered, ticket sales will begin to roll in and sustain the show week after week.

Your support is the jump-start that gets us moving. After that, the production will be self-sustaining.

But this is just the beginning. Our vision is to grow this production from showcase → Off-Broadway → Broadway and beyond. With your help, this play can reach more audiences, spark more conversations, and prove that independent theatre can thrive at the highest levels.
