I have personally struggled with my mental health in the past and seen family and friends go through different struggles. What this past year has highlighted even more is the need for more awareness, conversations, support. For people to know this is normal and nothing to be ashamed of. To know there is support out there. For those suffering and their families

I spent many years in fear of what others thought of me, feeling alone and shame and not living and hiding when i was struggling through life.

But Fear eventually becomes a prison and i dont live there any more, I would love to support others to show you can step outside of what you think is normal and live again.

I would love it if you can support me, maybe you just want to see me sequel either way i love you have taken the time to read this
