Julius cancer kamp fight

Hej. Emelie och Toma heter vi och är mamma och pappa till världens starkaste kille, Julle ❤️

Julius drabbades av spridd binjurebarkscancer juni 2024 15 år gammal och i augusti genomgick han en operation på 8 timmar där dom tog bort båda binjurarna toppen på båda njurarna och 15 metastaser. Han förlorade en njure. Han har fått 32 strålbehandlingar(där förlorade han sin mjälte)plus 4 omgångar av cellgifter och immunterapi. Trots all behandling så har han fått metastaser i båda lungorna och halsen, så ingen av behandlingar har hjälpt. För 3 veckor sedan så fick vi det värsta beskedet någonsin : Det finns inga fler behandlingar för Julius att få.

Men efter vi har kämpat och inte gett oss med att läkarna inte får ge upp så har julius kommit med i en studie i Köpenhamn där dom ska prova en annan behandling för att se om det hjälper. Vi kommer att behöva köra fram och tillbaka från landskrona till Köpenhamn minst en gång i veckan och det är något vi måste bekosta själva.

Julius har kämpat hela tiden(trots vi har bott på sjukhus i ca 8 månader)och är den mest positiva personen jag känner och så sjukt stark utan hans styrka så hade jag (mamma) och hans pappa gått under för längesen.

Både jag och hans pappa är sjukskrivna då vi alla vill vara samlade som familj, ta vara på tiden och hitta på så mycket som möjligt tillsammans men där ställer vår ekonomi till det väldigt mycket för oss, vi fattas pengar varje månad till räkningar och har ingen möjlighet att hitta på saker då det inte finns ekonomi till det, därför ber vi nu om hjälp, hjälp till räkningar varje månad och resor fram och tillbaka från landskrona till Köpenhamn och att vi som familj ska kunna vara samlade plus kunna hitta på lite saker, skapa minnen tillsammans.

Vi tar en dag i taget och hoppet är det sista som lämnar oss ❤️

Hi. Our names are Emelie and Toma and we are the mother and father of the world's strongest guy, Julle

Julius was diagnosed with metastatic adrenal cancer in June 2024 at the age of 15 and in August he underwent an 8-hour operation where they removed both adrenal glands, the top of both kidneys and 15 metastases. He lost a kidney. He has received 32 radiation treatments (where he lost his spleen) plus 4 rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Despite all the treatment, he has metastasized to both lungs and throat, so none of the treatments have helped. 3 weeks ago we got the worst news ever: There are no more treatments for Julius to receive.

But after we have fought and not given up on the doctors not giving up, Julius has been included in a study in Copenhagen where they will try a different treatment to see if it helps. We will have to drive back and forth from Landskrona to Copenhagen at least once a week and that is something we have to pay for ourselves.

Julius has fought the whole time (despite us having been in hospital for about 8 months) and is the most positive person I know and so incredibly strong without his strength I (mom) and his dad would have perished long ago.

Both I and his father are on sick leave as we all want to be together as a family, make the most of our time and do as much as possible together, but our finances are a big factor for us. We run out of money every month for bills and have no way of doing things because we don't have the finances for it. Therefore, we are now asking for help, help with bills every month and travel back and forth from Landskrona to Copenhagen, so that we as a family can be together and do a few things, create memories together.

We take it one day at a time and hope is the last thing that leaves us ❤️
