I’m $5,000 Away From Graduation — Please Help Me Finish What I Started

Hi, my name is Julissa, and I’m currently doing my nursing internship in Puerto Rico. I came from New York with high hopes and big sacrifices. I had to leave my daughter behind for three months so I could complete this important step in my career.

Today I realized I’m missing $5,000 to finish my classes and graduate on time. I’m not working at the moment, and it’s been incredibly hard to cover basic needs like food, transportation, and study materials.
