Julissa Mark

Hello family and friends!

I’m (Jessica) reaching out on behalf of my sister Julissa Mark. Julie is a sophomore at University of Oregon. She is the first in my family to go to college. She even received a full ride!

As she was trying to find a job to help pay for rent and general necessities she unfortunately fell victim to someone that scammed her.

She used her personal income to compensate her “employer.” She was under the impression she would be reimbursed but unfortunately that did not happen. The fraud department of her bank essentially are unable to help since she technically withdrew her personal income. She now has a significant negative balance.

Julie has filed a police report but they explain more than likely she will have to come up with the money owed to the bank. 

Julie is honest, responsible, and so kind. She didn’t exercise her best judgement here because she thinks the best in people.
