First, I would like to ask you to keep my cousin, Julio Sosa in your prayers. As most of you know, Julio has been hospitalized since Friday, May 6th. On Monday, May 9th, he required extra care and was moved to the ICU. To this day, he continues to be in the immediate care state. He's suffering from pneumonia and has been in a coma since May 10th.
I reminisce on his constant big smile and unselfish act of always willing to help others before himself.
He was first admitted to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, however Friday, May 13th he was transferred to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. The transfer was implemented due to the special medical technology and experience Condell has with a pulmonary machine that he needs to survive.
We would like to ask you for your help with donating money to assist with paying for some of his medical bills that will not be covered. Anything would be so greatly appreciated.
