Hello all ...with low hearts we come on here to ask  for help...our brother Julio has suffered a fall at home which caused him to break his jaw he has significant teeth damage and a severe concussion ! He’s gonna need surgery to repair the extensive bone damage in his jaw and to replace his teeth... this will also help with living costs as he can’t work until his jaw is unwired for those of you that know Julio know he’s always smiling and laughing and he loves his smile !
