Julio CESAR Hernandez

Hello, I am Erik and my cousin is Julio Cesar. He has had to undergo multiple surgeries recently that have been successful. However the recovery he is faced with will be difficult and unknown in duration. That is why I reach out to everyone that knows Cesar and wants to help. He can really use emotional support and motivation during this time as well as any amount of financial support you can donate.
