Juliette’s second cancer journey.

 

Every year my sister Juliette celebrates being cancer free after her bout with breast cancer 13 years ago. Now on year 13…it started with a pain in her left hip which caused her to go to the emergency room.  After a Cat Scan, MRI and X-Ray Juliette was informed there were lesions on her left hip, spine area and pubic bones. In a million years she did not expect to hear advanced stage metastatic breast cancer.

 

I must say the pain has been a bit relentless and painful, yet Juliette is still hopeful. She received chemotherapy 13 years ago of which she became allergic to, so receiving chemotherapy is not an option for her at this time. She will have to embark on integrative medical treatments. 

Juliette hopes to visit Hope4Cancer Treatment Center. They are an integrative and alternative center which offers non-toxic therapies which complement a more traditional route.

 

As you can imagine, the treatment cost alone is overwhelming.  Juliette has always been a larger than life personality.  Her love for traveling  inspired her to start her own home-based travel agency pre-covid. Needless to say everything came to a screeching halt.  With mounting bills and treatments to go through, we are asking for your help.
