I’m reaching out with an urgent call for help.

I’ve just spoken to Stevie Stoker from Juliet’s Not Dead, who are currently on their first-ever club tour of Spain. The shows have been incredible — but behind the scenes, they’ve hit a wall of bad luck that’s threatening everything.

On day one of the tour, their van broke down after the long drive to Spain.

The local garage can’t fix it, and while their breakdown cover will eventually get the van back to Newcastle, it’ll take over three weeks — far too late for their upcoming UK tour.

To keep the Spanish tour alive, they’ve had to hire a replacement van (£1,200). But that’s just the beginning.

Next Monday, they need to get all their gear back to Newcastle and themselves back to day jobs. A family member is stepping in to drive a fresh van from Newcastle to Bilbao and back — a four-day round trip through France and northern Spain. That means another van hire, Channel Tunnel fees, fuel, and accommodation.

One of the band members will stay behind in Spain to guard the gear — likely sleeping in the van to save money.

Meanwhile, their broken van needs repairs (estimated at £1,000), and they’ll need to hire a splitter van for the UK tour while that’s underway.

It’s a financial nightmare for a self-funded band.

They’re far too proud to ask for help themselves, but I can’t stand by and watch them struggle — especially when they’re still delivering amazing shows night after night (as you can see from their socials).
