Julie´s treatment

Hi. My name is Tisha. In December, my best friend Julie was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammogram. Julie had surgery to remove the lump, however, further testing showed that the cancer cells had spread into her lymph nodes. Next week, she begins going through chemo and radiation treatments to combat this.

Julie is a devoted mother, friend, and sister and would help anyone who needs it. She has been a single mother working at Zimmer Biomet for over 25 years. These past couple months have been so difficult for her. My heart is breaking at the thought of what she and her boys are going through.

I KNOW she has support and so many people that love her. I want her to feel the support she has and see how many people are there for her! She is rather stubborn about accepting money, but she will quickly realize that it will help tremendously and make a huge difference in her ability to focus on getting better. Any amount will help her!

Cancer treatment can be very expensive and medical bills are beginning to accumulate. Julie will need to heal from all the sickness and more than likely need time off work. Any money raised will help go to medical bills and time off of work for the treatment. This will allow Julie to focus on her cancer treatment and getting better for her family. This could happen to any of us at any given time and every bit helps. Thank you.
