As many of you know, my daughter Julie has been going through a lot medically. She has been diagnosed with a type of hematology blood disease which affects her bone marrow. It activates autoimmune diseases. The main issue, however, is the hematology and how it affects her blood and bone marrow. As of right now, they do not have treatment. We are optimistic that the treatment will be found soon, but until then, she is in a lot of pain, and it hits her at random times but mostly at night so she doesn’t rest well which makes for long days. Fortunately, Dr. Neal Young, an expert in Bone Marrow Failure from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) in Bethesda, Maryland, has accepted her case and will see her and help diagnose her condition on July 28, 29, 30. This is truly an answer to prayer. The medical expense of the initial tests and doctor’s visit has been waived, but the travel expenses (airline tickets and hotel stays for both her and Grant) are not. Anything you choose to give will truly help and go a long way. Any additional funds will go for meals, expenses, etc. Thank you and please continue to pray for healing!
