Julie’s battle with ovarian cancer

Donation protected
Recently we received the news no one ever wants to hear that my mom has cancer.
My beautiful mother Julie Ann Doxey was recently diagnosed with stage 3 clear cell ovarian carcinoma which is an extremely rare type of cancer and is aggressive. As well as uterine cancer.
Recently she spent 6 days in the hospital 3 and a half hours away from home where she had a radical hysterectomy along side countless tests. She is now home resting while she prepares for chemo.
For those who don’t know my mother she is the sweetest and most selfless woman ever she puts everyone else’s needs above her own and now its time we take care of her.
If you’re from Cameron parish you’ve probably visited with her at T-boys, Boones or at Bucks.
She is not only my mother but my best friend as well as loving wife and a mimi. With her battling cancer she is also unable to work. My dad is one of the most hard working men I know and if you met him then I know you’d agree. He didn’t even want us to set this up and said he would work every weekend too but that would put him working by himself and not being able to spend time with my mom. Asking for donations is not something we take lightly or ever thought we’d have to do but between hospital stays, doctor appointments, traveling and the fact that she will be starting chemo soon, the bills are stacking up.
Any size donations are truly appreciated and if you aren’t able to donate prayers are always appreciated!♥️
