Our dear friend Julie was one of those rare people who actually gave a damn about others. She spent her life looking out for everyone around her, and was always the first to offer help or a listening ear. Over the last year, she fought cancer with everything she had — stubborn, fierce, and never one to back down.

She was the kind of person who could make anyone feel welcome, always made time for people, and genuinely cared about what was going on in their lives. She leaves behind her husband, and two girls, Emma (8) and Leeza (5), who were her world. She was generous, social, and big-hearted — the friend who would show up no matter what.

After courageously facing cancer, Julie sadly passed away on Monday, September 15th. We are raising funds to support her family as they navigate this heartbreak.
