Julie Braun’s Road to Recovery

Hello, my name is Miranda and I am one of Julie Braun’s children. We are asking for donations on behalf of our mother, Julie. As many of you may know Julie is a double lung transplant recipient. May 2024 will be her 20th anniversary.

August 16th 2023, Julie had back surgery to help the pain she had been living with for the past few years. The initial surgery went well but after a few days she had to return to the hospital due to the pain. She has been in and out of the hospital and a rehab facility ever since. The doctors are not sure why she is not progressing. With one issue after another and her strength not returning as fast as the doctors and her physical therapist would like, her insurance is no longer willing to pay for the rehab center and physical therapy. Our father Mark is doing everything's in his power to get the insurance to kick in but they are starting to pay out of pocket on some of the medical expenses.

Our parents are not quick to ask for help but have always been quick to aid others. We are all so grateful to you for taking the time to read about her, pray for her, and help if you are able.
