My mom is in a battle that she can’t win by herself.  Here is her letter, and thank you for your help!

Dear Friends, 

         Many of you know that I am a blessed survivor of more than a couple of cancer battles.  Some of you know that I am once again in the fight for my life.  Over a 6-month period, a 1mm tumor has quadrupled in size.   

         With input from medical and nutritional doctors, we have put together an aggressive treatment protocol to STOP cancer and restore my health.  Unfortunately, treating cancer is very expensive.  My family and I are working hard to raise funds for my treatment, and we need help. The financial goal set will facilitate 18 months of intensive treatment.

         Cancer is a frightening disease and can be devastating on many levels, and not just to those who have it, but to our families.  Not many Christmases ago, we lost my husband to cancer. 

          For my family, as well as myself, I want to live! The best chance I have is to fight smart and fight hard, NOW, with everything I’ve got. Time is of the essence.
