Julianna's Recovery After a Serious Accident
$22,221 raised of $25K
Two weeks ago, our world stopped. My daughter, Julianna, was in a serious accident in Wyoming and had to be life-flighted to Denver with a severe head injury and brain trauma. Surgeons had to operate to stop the bleeding and relieve the swelling in her brain, and she was in a medically induced coma for over a week but is finally coming out of it and slowly back online.
Julianna has been a competitive dancer for years, and anyone who knows her, knows how hard she fights. She has always pushed through every practice, every competition, and every tough day with determination. Right now, that same fire and fighting spirit are carrying her through this unimaginable time.
By the grace of God and her amazing brother, who was there at the scene and saved her, Julianna is still with us. We are expecting another surgery in the next week or two. Then possibly up to another month in a rehab room at Children's Hospital, followed by therapy at home. This is going to be a long road for Julianna and for our family.
We are asking for help with the medical bills and the basic living expenses that come with staying at the hospital so we can keep our focus where it belongs: on Julianna's recovery. Any donation, no matter the amount, and any share of this fundraiser would mean more than we can say. No donation, no issue. A prayer or two is also welcome. They have been working ❤️
Thank you for any help and prayers for our family during this difficult time.
