Juliann and Airlie's Healing Journey

Donation protected
On Saturday, April 26th, 2025, our lives were forever changed. My sister, Juliann, lost her beloved husband, and my niece, Airlie, lost her devoted father. In an instant, their world was turned upside down—emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

Juliann is now faced with the unimaginable task of navigating life without her life partner, while comforting and caring for their young daughter through her own grief. The bond between Juliann and her husband was one of true love and partnership. He wasn’t just a spouse—he was her best friend, her co-parent, her rock. For Airlie, he was her hero, her comfort, and her constant presence. The magnitude of their loss is immeasurable.

As they grieve and try to make sense of this heartbreaking new reality, they are also facing overwhelming financial challenges. Juliann, now a single mother, must take time away from work to process this loss, care for Airlie, and manage the many unexpected responsibilities that come in the wake of tragedy. From Juliann currently being out of work to everyday bills, housing, and childcare, the burden is immense.

Grief is heavy enough without the added weight of financial uncertainty. This is why I’m asking, from the depths of my heart, for your help.

If you’ve ever experienced loss, you know how consuming it can be. Your support—no matter the amount—can help Juliann and Airlie focus on healing, honoring the memory of a man who meant the world to them, and finding stability in this painful and uncertain time.

Let’s rally around them and remind them that they are not alone. That love still surrounds them. That their community sees them, grieves with them, and is here to help carry this load.

Every donation, every share, every message of support means the world. Thank you for standing with Juliann and Airlie. Your kindness and compassion are gifts they will never forget.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Jennifer Shirley Schultz (Juliann’s Sister)
