Ju’s Triple negative breast cancer journey

Hi everyone!

We have decided to set up a new gofundme page for Ju, as we originally stated that we wanted half of the money raised to go to ju to help her pay for alternative medical sessions, such as acupuncture, as she has been finding these sessions beneficial within in her healing journey! In less than 24 hours we already reached the target of £500 and this money has already been donated straight to McMillan, so now any money raised will go straight to ju!

Absolutely no need for anyone to donate again, but we would just like ju to take something to help her.

For all of you that have been following Ju’s journey the time has come (albeit sooner than we had imagined!) To take control of the situation and go for it…. Shave the Mariah Carey locks off!!!

I know what you’re thinking it’s not like Ju to want to be in control right?

But when there aren’t many opportunities where control is possible, you need to take them when you can!

So hopefully we can make a day of fun and laughter amongst the sadness we can celebrate Ju and her amazing strength on her healing journey so far.

My name is Cris, I have known Ju for a looong time, we have shared so much…

Pregnancies, raising kids, finding jobs and changing them, partying and Oh gosh so many parties.

But nothing has prepared us for beating triple negative breast cancer.

For me shaving my head today holding my friends hand it’s a way of saying:

She wants to let you know that the money has helped with supplements/ acupuncture/ reiki/ to get the wig that Ellie so wanted her to get!!!
