Julian & Victoria's medical and home repair fund

It's hard to ask for help, but we've had a run of bad luck this year. In May there was a shooting in our neighborhood, and we were left with over $5000 worth of damages to our home from the gunfire. Then in early July, we discovered that Julian might need surgery to repair a shoulder injury he sustained in January. On his doctor's orders he had to take almost an entire week off work to rest his shoulder, and when he returned to work the next week, his hours were unexpectedly cut.

Our home and medical insurance will help cover some of these costs, but we'll still be left responsible for a pretty big chunk of it. Any donations we receive will help us:

-meet our home insurance deductible

-pay out-of-pocket medical costs

-cover Julian's lost wages
