My name is Julian Adriano Martinez for more then 30 years I have been living with problems with my legs. I was diagnosed with poliomyelitis and cerebral palsy at the age of 2.

My first operation was at age 2. I have had over 20 operations through the years. Before coming to the United States. I can still walk but usually ride an electric chair.

I am legally blind and through the assistance of private donors I was able to acquire the new eSight 4 glasses that allow me to see more or less like a normal person. No, I am not able to drive but I still go out and assist at "Share your Heart - Victory for Youth Foundation" I help filling bags and distributing food at Miami Dade County Fair Grounds.

But now I need a little help to have a number of operations starting with a double hip replacement I was not able to afford almost 10 years ago. Removing screws and platinum braces that pain me every time I take a step.

I know this is a lot of money for someone my age but I can't handle the pain I endure everyday doing a simple thing like walking.

Please help me to get financing for my operations (because it will not be just one) and the therapy that I will have to do later. Help me to have that recovery after the operations that will be performed, not only to heal soon, but also to continue with that motivation that day by day is essential so that after all I do not let myself fall so easily, thank you very much, God Bless.
