Julia has been bravely and fiercely battling multiple myeloma (a rare form of blood cancer) for almost three years. She faces each day with a tireless spirit and an unwavering Faith. Never once complaining or asking, “why me?” Instead, she battles through the pain and thanks God for another day with a grateful smile and a determined attitude. As all who know her can attest to, Julia is always one of the first ones to lend a helping hand, an encouraging word or prayer, and give what she can to help anyone in need. Never asking for anything in return, always feeling grateful for all she has and recognizing that there are always other people worse off than her.

As her treatment needs intensify, her time away from work and the financial burden have increased. We now have an opportunity to do what we can to help a woman who has spent her life, even through sickness and pain, helping those in need. An opportunity to show her that we recognize all she does for this world and are so grateful for her. No matter how big or small, every donation will make a difference.
