Maria "Julia" Osorio Martinez, 67, entered into eternal rest on June 5, 2021, after battling congestive heart failure. Wife to Mario Martinez of 44 years, mother of Christian Martinez (Jessica), Mike Martinez (Kim), Susie Martinez, and Gabby Hewitt (Mike). Grandmother of Cole, Kaylee, Emma, Mikey, Mason, and Jaxon "JJ," and beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin to many others. A native of El Salvador, she emigrated to the United States in 1979 and dedicated her life to service. 

She spent 32 years as an educator at Arden Cahill Academy, teaching and impacting countless students, who she all thought of as her "kids." Our mom believed in the power of education, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations are being accepted to set up a scholarship fund for Arden Cahill Academy students in need. Any donations, no matter the amount, are appreciated and will go toward the memorial fund.
