Have you ever had a lesson from Julia? I have invested in many riding lessons from this amazing horsewoman over the years, but her outstanding quality was all the unpaid life lessons and support she constantly provided.
She was so much more than a just riding coach, made clear from the outpouring of love on social media from people referring to her as a second mother and talking of her unwavering patience, guidance and support.
Now she needs our help, to take care of her loved ones as they make the extraordinarily difficult adjustment to life without her.
Above the absolute devastation of losing her mother, Lindsay and her family are now also facing the relentless realities of suddenly losing their farm co-owner, business partner and nanny.
As things unfold, it appears that there will be little to no financial relief from any insurance, while Lindsay and her family will also be under immediate and considerably increased pressure with both finances and duties.
Julia was a valued partner in Eclipse Equestrian and vital to all business operations, as well as an essential caregiver to her granddaughter Joanna to allow Lindsay the ability to continue working with the unconventional hours/locations that comes with the job as a trainer.
Let’s help take some pressure off while they figure out how to move forward from this devastating loss.
Let’s give back now for all the times Julia has gone above and beyond her call of duty for us, and support her legacy.
