Jules Qualls Stroke Rehab and Hospital Bills
Donation protected
On November 12th, Jules had a stroke that disabled her right side, including her dominant hand. Because she knew the warning signs of stroke, she was in an ambulance on the way to a hospital within 10 minutes and was given a medication that prevented further damage. Two weeks later, she went home with a non-functioning hand and the ability to walk only a short distance (yet without needing a cane).
Jules has no insurance to pay for rehab sessions or the enormous hospital bill. For the past 5 years, she has been caregiver to her mom through cancer and her mom's own stroke recovery. Jules's mom depends on her, but now Jules is incapacitated.
All donations will pay for physical therapy to regain use of her arm and to strengthen her leg, and for the hospital bills that have accumulated.
Jules is so grateful for any help you wish to give. Her greatest hope is to be able to play on the floor again with her grandnephew and grandniece, whose photos always capture her joy.
