I need your help to treat my Kidney Disease

My name is Joan Johnson. 3 years ago, I had a fall and injured my knee splitting the knee cap in 3 pieces. Doctors were un-willing to treat my knee due to the risk associated with my health. I have for the past 3 years adjusted my lifestyle to a walker and walking stick, which has affected my means of living and income. I have since then been a stay at home mother and grandmother of a 4year old. I am 57 years in age with the following ailments: Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Asthma,  Stage 5 Renal Disease, along with the shattered knee. I have been experiencing even more difficulty taking care of myself and my granddaughter as the fluid has built up in my body and around my lungs, affecting my breathing and oxygen level. I am unable to move freely or even attend to my grand daughter as I cannot breathe when I attempt to move. I live on a nebulizer as it gives me some relief from the breathing associated with the kidney disease. My son tries to assist me the best way he can financially and otherwise.

I am currently undergoing Haemodialysis to treat the Renal Kidney Disease and I receive treatment twice weekly. I am in dire need of assistance in any form to continue my treatment.

I am experiencing financial hardship due to my health problems and a lack of income. My previous means of income has ceased due to COVID-19 and the assistance I once had has also been affected by the COVID-19. I am unable to afford the medical treatment needed to sustain my health.

The cost for my monthly treatment is $200,000 JMD or US $2100. I'm asking for donation of USD$25,200 that covers 1 year of treatment.
