We love what we do but that doesn’t come without doses of reality. We have done our best navigating these turbulent times, but operating during a global pandemic has continued to make running a business difficult. We are asking for help from our community to get us through what is hopefully the last leg of this journey. We want to continue to bring the Upper Valley the highest quality, health-minded fare for many years to come.

We strive to be proud of what we do in every aspect of our business and we refuse to cut corners which means a tougher road to hoe, especially for a food service business. We pay our staff above average wages because we would rather make less profit than not give workers what they deserve, and more importantly, what they need financially to survive the high cost of living in the UV. We don’t cut corners when it comes to the quality of our ingredients which are over 90% organic and local when the season allows. We take the environment into account at every turn, dedicating whatever time it takes researching and debating what is the least harmful option from our salad bowls to smoothie cups and straws, to our juice bottles. Most of all, we have loved creating a community of like-minded individuals in the Upper Valley who see food and lifestyle as medicine and we want to continue to foster that growth, here and beyond.
