Judy: Two Months to Live and Two Requests
Donation protected
Because there's not a Make-A-Wish Foundation for Adults
Judy Littman, wife of my best friend for 43 years, was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer in her lungs and brain. Consequently, doctors estimate her life expectancy to be around two months. She received her first Chemo treatment today (Oct 4, 2019); however, there's no guarantee that her body will respond to the treatments. Even with the help of Chemo, doctors feel it may only give her a few more months of life.
Before being laid to rest, Judy made two simple requests: To visit the beach one more time and to go to Colorado to visit family and to say "goodbye."
Raising $3000 - Quickly
For the family to accommodate these two simple requests will take about $3000. This may seem inexpensive for a family of four; however, they are not looking to stay in 5-Star hotels or to travel first-class. They are trying to satisfy her requests without presenting too much of a financial burden for others. Plus, if one of my homies was in need, I know they'd help any way they could. That's the kind of folks they are.
Time is of the Essence
Her accelerated life-expectancy means we need to pull together and to do so quickly. Very quickly.
So please, please help Judy by making a donation and doing it soon. Doing it now is even better.
Love and light to all.
Jeff
