Judy unexpectedly passed away in the early hours of October 14 surrounded by her loving husband Leon and children Tina and Todd in Lone Tree, Colorado. She is further survived by her daughter-in-law Judilynn and grandsons Kellan, Connor, Brennan and Joey.

In addition to being a great wife, mother and grandmother, Judy was a highly respected nurse for over 30 years in a variety of areas, but found her calling in labor and delivery where she used her characteristic kindness and wit to help put mothers and newborns (and their families) at ease.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to gofundme to dedicate a park bench in her honor at Clackson Park in Centennial Colorado. Judy spent many days watching her grandkids play at this particular park.
