Hello! Thanks for checking out my gofundme. My name is Jude (they/he), I live in Ireland and I'm fundraising for top surgery!

Like many trans people, I've struggled with chest dysphoria and been uncomfortable with my chest in general for a long time and I'm absolutely certain that top surgery is right for me. Currently I wear a binder most of the time but this isn't a sustainable solution as binders can cause health issues like tissue damage, muscle damage and pain.  

 

Because myself and so many other trans people in Ireland cannot get the care that we need at home, I've decided to go to the UK for my surgery. I've started this gofundme so early because between the cost of the surgery itself, consultations, flights and accommodation during my recovery period, it looks like I will need about €10,000. This is a huge sum of money and I won't meet my goal overnight but every little helps.
