Jude is a brave and resilient child who has faced more medical challenges than most of us will see in a lifetime. As a medically complex child, his journey has been full of both victories and setbacks. Right now, Sarah and Dan are facing one of the hardest setbacks yet — Jude is back in the hospital receiving treatment, and they are once again living in crisis mode.

Anyone who knows Sarah and Dan knows that they are the first to step up when someone else is in need. They are generous, loving, and fiercely devoted parents who never ask for help — but right now, they could really use the support of their community.

This GoFundMe will help cover the many expenses that come with extended hospital stays: travel, meals, time away from work, and the mounting costs that pile up when you’re just trying to care for your child.
