This year I was presented with a chance to pursue FFS, its the final year that I will be eligible to do so on my insurance. My facial dysphoria has always been the most difficult aspect of my transition to grapple with, and this surgery would provide me with an immense improvement on my daily quality of life. Between paying for the surgery itself and needing to take time off of work to recover, I have a lot of costs to cover and financial help would be a huge weight off of my shoulders.
