Jude Francis Koltz who is 9 yrs old and

was born with Congenital Hydrocephalus and had his first brain surgery at 16 hours old. He also has LGS and severe Cerebral Palsy. Jude is now having recurring and untreatable SubDural Hematomas. Jude has been placed in Hospice via Hospice of Michigan.

Jude has been a fighter a soldier and a little viking.

His mother, my niece Kristin and her Husband Pat are asking for help as they are so overwhelmed at this moment.

My niece told me God has a plan and heaven is apparently looking for an amazing angel and may get one soon.
