Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be writing one of these, but my cat, Judas, really needs help right now. He’s been my best friend since the day I got him as a gift to celebrate one year of sobriety. He’s been with me through every hard moment since then, and I can’t imagine life without him.

A few days ago, he started getting really sick. The vet diagnosed him with pancreatitis, and the treatment costs are more than I can manage on my own.

I cannot express how much this little guy means to me. He’s been my comfort, my reason to get out of bed some days, and my reminder of how far I’ve come. I just want to be able to give him the same love and care he’s given me. It has been heartbreaking to see my little guy so sick.
