For a decade, I've suffered from extreme and unpredictable menstrual periods that can last for months at a time, cause severe anemia and nutritional deficiencies, and all-around destroy my quality of life with severe pain that can occur at any time without warning.

During the exploratory laparoscopy procedure in October of 2025 to make the diagnosis, the doctor found what he called the worst case of endometriosis he's ever seen in his decades as a gynecologist. My entire pelvis and umbilical abdomen area are glued together and riddled with painful cysts; it's only getting worse with time. My symptoms and blood loss are intensifying, which is also worsening my other chronic conditions including a heart rhythm disorder. While endometriosis can't be cured, the doctor says that removal of my uterus and as much of the current growth as possible should drastically slow the development of the disease and give me my life and health back.

Unfortunately my insurance will only cover a portion of the surgery so I'm here asking for help in raising the rest that I need to get it done as soon as possible to get back to work to provide for my family and just have a functional life again.
