Help Cover Medical and Insurance Expenses

was in a serious accident, a head on collision at , I gained a concussion and a discomfort in my hip, I need to cover the medical and car insurance, I do not have full coverage. Also need to pay the police for towing my car and need to tow it to a junk yard. Other driver said they are pressing charges at the scene
