Can you help Daisy
Meet Daisy,
Daisy the cat was discovered in a bin, desperately searching for food, and was in a sorry state, covered in fleas and emaciated. Fortunately, a compassionate family took her in, and Daisy was treated as a young kitten due to her small size and fragile condition.
After welcoming Daisy into our home, we soon noticed that she was unusually bloated and had not been going to the bathroom. Concerned for her well-being, we took another trip to the vet, where we were shocked to learn that Daisy was actually 10 years old. Additionally, she had a heart murmur and fluid build-up in her stomach.
After a few weeks, Daisy was feeling significantly better, thanks to her new lifelong medication regimen.
However, she began to exhibit signs of coming into heat, which is quite unusual for a 10-year-old cat. Without knowing her history, we were uncertain whether she had been spayed.
Because of her heart condition, It is crucial to prioritize her health and safety and do a blood test to check her hormone levels. This can provide us with valuable information on how best to manage her condition. Depending on the results, she may have to have alternative treatments or hormone management options to help her without putting her at undue risk.
We are asking for help to cover the initial cost of Daisy's blood test, which amounts to £50. Your support would make a significant difference in starting her treatment.
She is having a great time in her Foster home where she will stay untill she is ready to be adopted. ❤
