Hi, my name is Rachel Plumb and I am would like to ask for help in such a difficult time in our lives. My friend Evondra lost her youngest son Jubriel. He was only 17 years old and we are going to miss him like crazy! He was sweet, protective, kind, a big brother, son and uncle. He wanted to do so much and wanted to live a righteous life.
