Juan's Road to Healing: Your Help Matters

Hi everyone,

As some of you already know Juan was diagnosed with Glioblastoma a very aggressive type of brain cancer, we didn’t find out until after we returned home from rehab, what happened was that when they did the surgery because of the bleeding in the head which first we thought was a stroke they found a mass and the results came back positive for cancer. Now we’re fighting it, even though there’s no cure there are some very successful stories of patients that lived for a long time with a good quality of life. Treatment is with radiation and chemotherapy.

It’s been a very challenging process for Juan and for me as his primary caregiver. I’m grateful God chose me to cross this fire with Juan I want to give him all my love and the best care possible.

We are not receiving any help from the government, he’s not receiving his disability check yet and I have been missing a lot of work trying to keep up with all his doctor’s appointments. So I ask you please if you can keep sharing this post so we can get the help we need and if you know of any resources or charities that help patients with brain cancer and their families please let me know.

We have hope, we have faith! we want to fight this horrible disease but we need help.
