First and foremost thank you for taking the time to view this fundraiser. I realize it is the holiday season and we truly are not expecting much just some help for a beautiful memorial to remeber someone so dear to our hearts. More than deserving of a proper memorial.
Due to medical financial strain my uncle had $400.00 to his name.
My uncle was the type of man who undoubtebly
believed in the Lord and his salvation. He was an extremely giving man who in his younger days was a youth leader for the church of Nazarene in Boyle Heights. He took on the role of father to 5 sisters and 1 brother.
He loved kids and everyone of his nieces and nephews.
He loved to put on Christmas plays and have us sings songs and read poems.
A happy go lucky personality. Always smiling and super silly. He was a joker and always the center of attention in a room full of people.
He loved many and would do whatever possible to help anyone in need.
He was battling heart disease and recently had a stroke. Truly believing in my faith I believe that God got him through the stroke and allowed some of his family to see him for Thanksgiving.
He was so happy smiling from ear to ear. He loved having everyone together talking and laughing it was just something he loved.
For as long as I can remember this man was loved by many and cherished as a family member whereever he went.
Knowing that my uncle deserves to be up in heaven I cant help but feel so selfish wanting him here to make us laugh.
Sadly my uncle was taken home last night at 9:30 in the evening from a pulmonary embolism.
I find solice in knowning that 5 days ago I was able to hug him and tell him how much I loved him.
With this said please friends and family help me and my family give him a proper burial that he so well deserves.
Please if you knew him share your memory of him with us in a comment on this page.
God Bless Thank you in advance.
